Quanto a questões relacionadas com o IVA / Retenções na Fonte (um dos temas que tem causado alguma inquietude por parte da classe empregadora quando pretende requisitar serviços de Tradução / Revisão de documentos.

Ao valor a pagar acresce IVA à taxa de 23%, contudo é possível solicitar a isenção de IVA, quando o rendimento anual é inferior a 10.000 Euros. Caso o trabalho seja realizado apenas para clientes particulares habituais cujos valores a receber sejam significativos, tendo em atenção casos em que são ultrapassados estes valores – o chamado “ritmo da isenção” – 250 Euros no 1º Trimestre, 5.000 Euros no 2º Trimestre e 7.500 Euros no 3º Trimestre, o Estado poderá requerer do trabalhador independente o pagamento do valor correspondente ao IVA de recibos anteriores.

Quanto à Retenção na Fonte, passou de 21,5% para 25%.

No regime simplificado, os custos de trabalho (independentemente do IVA) correspondem a 20%. No regime de Contabilidade Organizada, os custos de trabalho são os custos reais, porém é obrigatório recorrer a um Técnico Oficial de Contas, embora não se aplique em muitos casos recorrentes.
